Welcome to the Team

We are ecstatic to have you play for one of our Noble Prospect Teams. We follow two mottos that are proudly located on all jerseys & workout gear that we implore each player & family to maintain as a member of this program.

Like Noble, our partnered company, we are always pushing our athletes to be in pursuit of greatness. Not only do we want players in pursuit of greatness on the field, but we want them in pursuit of greatness in every aspect of being a student athlete.

Paul describes it as a “perishable crown.” And encouraged the believers to focus their attention on the goal of “imperishable crown the “heavenly race.” 1 Corinthians 9:24-25

We encourage every player’s conduct to follow our belief of “playing for the crown”. The biblical sense is stated above, but more broadly we believe in every player showing up every day to put forth the best representation of themselves and representing our program, their family, their community, and themselves.

Below we have a few items for you to review, including a player agreement, conduct agreement, and uniform/gear information.

  • Excessive arguing with umpires/coaches/players is not only not allowed, but will result in an immediate loss of playing time, removal from game.

  • No audible swearing/foul language.

  • No equipment throwing/slamming.

  • Do not give in to the behavior of other team’s parents/coaches. Be the leader, represent the program.

  • Parents Code of Conduct

    • Support your son, his teammates, and his coaches. Be a positive force in the stands and refrain from negativity towards any party.

    • Any on-field issues will be handled by the team’s coaching staff unless a coach asks for help regarding a severe injury.

  • Coaches Code of Conduct

    • Coaches are there to manage the players on the team, the lineup, the in-game strategy and all other on-field activities.

    • Team California coaches reserve the right to remove a player from the day’s practice or game for inappropriate behavior.

    • Do not give in to the behavior of other team’s parents/coaches. Be the leader, represent the program.

    • Coaches should always coach with each player’s health, safety, and well-being in mind first and foremost.
